Be discerning in what you allow into your life. Don’t settle. It’s tempting to have fillers when there’s room for them, but those fillers make it a tight squeeze for even newer, and possibly better, energy to flow in. Saying “no” can be a spiritual practice. It refines the stance you take in the universe in terms of your standards, and by identifying clearly what you do NOT want, the image of what you DO want becomes clearer and therefore easier to manifest. Plus, for many of us, who have gone through life yes-ing the world to death, saying “no” can be invigorating and draw upon your inner courage, strengthening you from the core. If you raise the standards for what you allow in your life, life will rise to meet you.
